Benefit Effective Dates
Newly Hired Employees: Benefits will be effective the first day of the new pay-period starting after you reach 60 days of full time employment. Newly hired employees must contact HR within 45 days of their hire date to enroll in benefits and complete necessary forms. Benefits are not effective until all forms have been submitted to HR.
Benefits Open Enrollment (BOE): Any newly-elected benefits or changes made during BOE will go into effect on January 1 of the following year.

Accept Workforce invite from your employer
Look for an email from Intuit Services (QBOPayrollNoReply@intuit.com) with a subject "Finish setting up with (insert business name here)."
Open the email, then select the Get access for paychecks link to accept the invite. Remember that you can only use this link once.
Create an Intuit account, or sign in with your existing one.
